Before Metal Dreams, there was Planit Dirt
James has been pouring concrete in Jacksonville for more than 30 years. Driveways. Foundations. Patios. Slabs for the buildings other people were putting up.
Over three decades, Planit Dirt became one of the enduring concrete companies in Central Arkansas, working in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Conway, Cabot, Benton, Bryant, Maumelle, and Alexander. Long enough that James has poured a driveway in the nineties and a pool deck for the same family's children twenty years later. You don't get that second call by cutting corners on the first one.
Metal Dreams grew out of that work naturally. Every steel building begins with a slab, and James had been the one pouring it. He knew how deep anchors have to reach in Arkansas clay after a wet spring, and what a foundation needs to hold a building for decades. Adding the structure on top was the logical next step. The steel is new. The standards behind it aren't.
