Fully Enclosed Double Garage
- Vertical siding
- Two 9×8 roll-up doors
- Heavy-duty walk-in door

Tools, ATVs, classic cars, and working equipment shouldn't sit outside. A Metal Dreams garage puts a locked door and a dry roof between them and the weather.

Every garage starts with the same two questions. First, insulation: an uninsulated metal roof will sweat during an Arkansas spring and drip onto whatever is underneath it. Second, wall height: it decides whether a vehicle lift can go in later, and it's the one thing you can't change after the building is up.
From there it's doors and openings. Roll-up or side-hinge bay doors, walk doors placed where you actually enter, and windows where you want daylight. We install over concrete, gravel, or bare ground and specify the anchoring to match.
Single-car to four-bay layouts, with the bay widths set for what you park.
Choose the door style for each bay. Roll-up doors keep the opening clear; side-hinge doors suit a traditional look.
Entry doors placed where you'll use them, windows placed for light where you work.
Stops the roof from sweating in spring and keeps the space usable in summer.

Concrete, gravel, or bare ground, with anchoring specified for each.
Two starting points we quote often. Every dimension, door, and finish changes to fit your site.

If you'll keep anything in there that shouldn't get dripped on, or if you'll spend time inside, yes. An uninsulated metal roof sweats in humid spring weather. We'll talk it through before quoting.
Only if the walls are tall enough, which is why we ask about it first. Wall height can't be changed after the building is up.
No. We install over concrete, gravel, or bare ground and set the anchoring to match. If you want a slab, concrete is where this company started.
